Terrible service- try not to use them

I was looking for a fibre service and I signed up for metrofibre and once I saw their reviews online I cancelled my order with them. This was less than 24hours after placing the request with them. They had claimed they would send someone to come activate the line but no such person was sent. I however got the notification the line was active. My repeated request to cancel were looped around and I never got connected to the right department which I assume they did so that they could claim a cancellation fee of R999 which is apparently due once the line is active. I did not use the service or even receive a router. No one has come in to do anything yet they say the service was used hence the cancellation fee. Their agents have mixed messages as one said they would cancel the order as nothing had been done already yet another claims they have already activated the line. Please try not to use this service provider !
