Terrible service - Trauma - Bad customer service with Empty promises

Since I joined this company last year, I have not been happy. I pay for 100 speed. But what I get everyday is 16 to 20 speed. I finish a 1h30 movie in 2h30. I always troubleshoot, reboot and say they are doing me a favour. They will promise me things they cannot deliver.
