Terrible service provider

I tried installing fibre from Vuma Fibre Reach with Webafrica as my service provider, I paid R399 on the 6th of September 2021, they came to install on the 10th of September. Our internet has never worked since they have installed. I changed to another internet service provider a d requested a refund from them, as the terms and conditions states that I can do that if I am not happy within the first 30 days. They are now ignoring my WhatsApp messages and emails.
