Terrible service, please avoid this company

There is no service at this company. They refer you to a whatsapp line but it takes a minimum of 3 hours to get hold of anyone. The line itself goes down at least once a day. I tried to cancel and was put through to the cancelations whatsapp team but again, waiting hours for them to respond. Amazing how they can fund a sales line but not a service one. Shows the values of the company.
