Terrible service, not delivering what they promised. This is a **** of a company

What a terrible experience, didn't provide the service required even after giving them an opportunity to resolve the issue. All I do is be on whatsapp with them all they and they just don't know what they are doing. Now I want to cancel and get a refund they still can't help me with that, they are telling me about a claw back fee since my line hast been for 12 months. What line? Nothing works and its an error on their side for capturing wrong addresses. I want my money, This is a ****ty company with a ****ty service.
