Terrible Service, No Feedback, and No Resolution

I am extremely frustrated with Webafrica’s poor service. I have spent hours trying to update my banking details and OTP number, yet nothing has been resolved. I contacted support multiple times and even spent an entire day trying to sort it out — with no real help.

Your WhatsApp support is useless — slow replies, and no escalation path. No one takes responsibility, and I have had to repeat myself over and over. I asked for urgent feedback, but I’ve been completely ignored.

I expect:

Proper update of my account details,

Confirmation in writing that the changes are complete,

Apology for the inconvenience,

And immediate action to restore proper service.

I trusted Webafrica to deliver, but this experience has been nothing short of shocking.
