Terrible service | No Communication | No service

One star rating simply because we can't give negative ratings. Firstly, how is that you cannot reach you telephonically, nor on the so called live chat on WhatsaApp. Rather discontinue providing a service because you are clearly failing. Ordered fibre more than a week ago, and each time I log onto the live chat to follow up I've been getting "the fibre is still being processed by the service provider". So please, you can imagine my amazement and pure anger when I contacted the service provider only for them to tell me they have not received my order from you. This is pathetic and you really are bottom of the barrel service provider.
