Terrible service levels

What an absolute nightmare of an experience. I can't believe for a tech company how shockingly poor your service bot is, and how incredibly inefficient you are. I wish I signed on with a different provider. Router delivered Friday and been trying for 3 days on whatsapp chat to get through to an agent, either receive a cannot connect message or when I get through the bot kicks me out of a conversation with the agent. This was after waiting almost 2 weeks to receive a router. Horrible. A massive 0 of it 10.
