Terrible service from Webafrica

Please, please allow MINUS ratings... This should be a MINUS 5 rating I have not dealt with a more *********** company than Webafrica before To try and reach them and get feedback on a question is basically impossible even though they have supposedly "live chat" via WhatsApp available. Their "live chat" takes hours for a simple response, nothing live about the service
