Terrible Service from WebAfrica

I joined webafrica almost 2 weeks ago. They promised to get metrofibre to instal the line, which they did without problems. Then they promosed to deliver my router. Still waiting to thia day and its over 7days. And they then charge me when they promised I would be charged as soon as I receive my router and when everything is working. Their service appalling, terrible and ridiculous. Trying to get hold of them on call and whatssup is such mission.
