Terrible service from webafrica and vuma tell

Good day webafrica and vumatell I have being trying to get url to sort out my connection. But to date nothing. I called on the 1st April 2025 I was told my connection is active. I called again n was told it's vuma tell I called vuma tell they said it's webafrica. U guys finally opened a ticket but an imbecile closed it without verifying if connection was restored I had to chat again to an agent and another ticket was opened. All the chats they keep saying it's be addressed then Thursday I got told it has being escalated to where only God knows because wen I called vuma tell today the 5th April nothing was escalated to them. U guys so fast to take out money n on the last day u will disconnect us if no payment yet it's gone 5 days I'm still without internet. U guys don't even bother to call the customers u have a stupid platform that takes ur agents for ever to even respond n we must cover cost for extra data to even chat to an agent . Absolutely pathetic service. I wud like the manager to call me on ***
