TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA

I am furious i terminated my service with Webafrica in August last year and have, since then had no meaningful response from them to resolve this matter. Now they say i owe a whole lot of money and you cant communicate via e mail only LIVE CHAT on what`s app. Problem is it ain`t live and after a 45 minute hold a message to say `taking longer than expected to find a living agent`!! Flipping ridiculous
