Terrible service from Webafrica.

Pathetic service! After waiting 3 weeks for a router to connect to the fiber which is already installed in our complex, it finally arrived, but they forgot the box. Then after numerous calls and messages from us to Webafrica, they finally delivered, but delivered the wrong router. Came back and exchanged it. The router showed an error an hour later. Then they replaced the box, but it's now a week later and our wifi is still not activated!! Even though the fiber is live in the complex. Every time we phone we hold for an hour and get told that our request will take 48 hours or get transferred around from one department to another. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Many promises made, none kept.
