Terrible service from Webafrica

I am in the 3rd week of trying to get someone from web Africa to install the fiber box at my home. They have proceeded in activating the Wifi knowing that we cannot use it given the situation. Despite our numerous attempts to contact them (they only allow whatsapp as a form of communication) we keep getting redirected on a daily bases but no one is willing to take on the responsibility of assisting us.
