Terrible service from web africa

Dont waste your time joining web africa....terrible service

bought MTN LTE in january 2021 through web africa and by the second week the internet crashed and has been down since. router lights are all on as expected, signal is full, have enough data etc everything seems to be working except the router cant seem to connect to the internet.

its extremely difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone and the whatsapp support chat is terrible. they direct you to the whatssapp chat which they say is quick, please!!... the turnaround time is more like 4 hours on average, ive wasted countless hours trying to get hold of a agent on the chat and if you phone in the consultants put you on hold until you eventually just decide to hang up....expect to wait for easily 30min on a call.

needless to say im very unhappy and frustrated, ive had to spend additional money buying mobile data to stay connected so that i can continue to work at home. So i then asked to cancel and they say i need to give a full calendar month...absolute nonsense. they expect their clients to stick to the contractual agreement but webafrica cant seem to do the same. been waiting for 8 days for a technitian to contact me and that was after i followed up three time and they keep saying they will escalate the issue and still nothing. like i said terrible service...dont waste your time or money.
