Terrible service from web africa

Service is terrible! Every time I call in you on hold for half an hour to an hour or more. Eventually after an agent made an arrangement with me about payment after I have terminated everything I'm still getting emails and sms about payments even after my discussion and arrangement with agent I was told to ignore as it's noted but how can one sms and keep sending emails and not only that they sent me an incorrect doubled amount saying I owe which I don't... what a stressful company to deal with and everything feels so robotic like speaking to a brick wall . If you speak to an agent and make an arrangement and you pay as per arrangement why should one still get sms and emails and why does this company double the amounts and send incorrect figures as they please iv cancelled this service and know what I owed at the point of cancellatuon and had an agreement of what I would pay no reason should the figures double and I should not be getting emails and sms non stop it's highly annoying if I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible service 😑
