TERRIBLE SERVICE from Web Africa
I signed up for a website with WEB AFRICA. The website was completed but weeks later, when I Google my website / company name, nothing pops up on Google. <br><br> What is the point of having a website if my clients cannot access it when they Google my company.<br> I am definitely canceling my subscription and I recommend for other to not even waste their time or money with Web Africa. <div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>

We completely understand your points in your complaint but there definitely seems to be a misunderstanding on how Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) works. We need to take responsibility if our team did not explain this in detail to ensure that you fully understand how it how works.
The unfortunate this is that SEO will not work overnight and will take time for it to appear in search engines. Google will first need to scan your website to see if it is relevant, has the correct content and then give it a ranking based on your content. What we do is build your website in accordance with the 'SEO recipe' as described in the link above so that when Google does scan your website everything is ready for them. This will assist in getting you ranked but there is a lot more that is needed to get you up which of course we can assist with.
