Terrible service from "provisioning" team.

I moved to a new home, and used their online platform to transfer it to the new location. Initially it was smooth sailing but alas, I've reached frustration breaking point. Not only did they debit me for the previous subscription, after saying on their site that it will not happen, they also have had me on a continuous (2 days and counting) for their Provisioning team. There is NO OTHER WAY to contact them other than by phone or whatsapp, so no place to send and email or voice concerns. I feel trapped without internet, no way to contact or reach them, and with my money already taken. Would not recommend.
