Terrible service

I requested to change my payment method from manual monthly payments to debit order and have not been debited and the service has been down since. The stupid Whatsapp robot makes matters worse. From the time you make first contact to the time when you get allocated the person to assist you, Its really bad. I wish they had competition in the area.
