Terrible service don't waste your time.

I have been waiting for an installation to be done from open serve via web africa for over 3 weeks now. There has been absolutely nothing done to help get the installation done except for sending me bills for a service that I have not received. There has been no contact made by open serve. And yet no matter how long or how patient i wait for service there is literally no feed back. Now I am trying to cancel the process with web africa so I can go through a different provider and I can't get a cancellation code. In order to give to open serve to start the process again. The service and support is beyond terrible. I have no idea how they are a functioning business. I am always waiting for feedback which never comes I always have to ask but there is no progress. Now Im struggling to cancel so I can go somewhere else. The call centres are i impossible to deal with as there is so much background noise you can barely hear anyone on the call. Worst mistake going with web africa and the stupid jokey advertising doesn't help it seems like I'm phoning a lunatic asylum every time I try call.
