Terrible service don’t use this people 🤮

I paid for installation of device and activation 4 weeks ago till today I have not gotten anything I’ve sent from pillar to post, being told that it’s been escalated. Now I am told they can’t refund me because I’ve used they service for the month I paid but I never got the device
