Terrible Service Delivery

I ordered a line to be installed but later canceled my order as it was not possible of the line to be installed unless I incurred additional costs to fixing my property.

Sent a request to cancel and to be refunded by Webafrica, took them over a week to respond to my e-mail, only for the customer agent to inform me he will send my query to a different department to action my refund,

Thereafter I have received no feedback from anyone, and its been nearly 2 weeks since I requested a refund.

Service sucks I would use Afrihost instead.
