Terrible service

No one answers the telephone. I have been on "call back" with their stupid WhatsApp chat for 2 days. Again nothing. No contact at all. All I needed was a connection as I have a preinstalled Fibre box and router. Sales agent made lofty promises that have NOT been kept as far as connectivity is concerned. Very annoying and frustrating when we have to work from home
