Terrible service by far

I am so disappointed and unhappy with the service I have received this service provided we have been with no network/internet since yesterday morning and this has caused a great inconvenience because I also had to spend money in order to get data to even reach out to you to log a call as I cannot connect to use whatsapp or access the internet to live chat. There is no ways to call for after sales support which shows how there is no interest shown once a sale has been made the customer is no longer important. I do not even want to talk about the sales team who drop calls on existing customers and do not care as long as you do not want to buy new service. This is the most worse service by far!
