Terrible service / being billed, unable to use their product

I have bought a FTTH product form webafrica. Openserve arrived efficiently to check the fiber install. Now waiting for the router from Webafrica, it has been 4 days and still have'nt had "the call" on where to deliver the router. On top of that they have been billing me for the 4 days and i cant use their service. Terrible service, wold not recommend going with them.
