Terrible Service

Have been struggling for a week to sort out the non connectivity of my fibre line. WebAfrica support keep telling me that the Vumatel line is cancelled, and that they will transfer me to provisioning. Not ONCE has anyone from provisioning spoken to me to sort this out. They have also now stopped all communication in regards to assisting me with my problem. This is disgusting service from a service provider!
