Terrible service and slow service

What a mess! Ordered fiber to be transferred from my account to a new account for my aunt and it’s been 2 weeks! Still nothing! Instead all we keep getting are emails telling me that my fiber request has been escalated to Vuma! Slow terrible service. I will be there tomorrow morning to make sure the request is done and completed. I will sit at the reception and I will be there until the connection is made and up and running! Because when it’s time for you to take your money you are quick to do so! So tomorrow my nephew will have internet working when he wakes up!
