Terrible service and incompetence. No resolution and nothing good to say

I've been given the runaround and conflicting information from webafrica. Whatsapp service is ridiculous and calling them means you'll be transferred from one department who answers to another department who will help me, but they never answer. They cancelled my fibre service but to get them to release the line is impossible. I am so upset and frustrated and they really don't care.
