Terrible service and empty promises rather go pay more for better service elsewhere

They don’t even deserve one star I’d give them a complete 0 they are so *********** I’ve been waiting for my damn router for 4weeks they sent out guys to install the fiber but I have already told Cindy that I have all that just need a b number and have my router delivered that has still not beeen done and worst of all when you call them you never get though to anyone instead I waiting using my airtime for 20mins with no service whatsoever then there this stupid voice over that says they WhatsApp is quicker utter BS if you ask me “ I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying...” that all you’ll get from the damn WhatsApp can’t even cancel with them cause can’t get through to anyone they really do not care about new potential I’ve lost interest before I have even began
