terrible service and communication

Absolute ******* service, I was told to give a calendar month to cancel my subscription. I did so yesterday over email , I received no response, I went on their chatline to try resolve this and just met with generic Bot responses after I was peaking to Anele M as soon as brought up cancelling my services I kept getting generic bot responses, this is disgusting. I did exactly what was asked of me and did so over an email and when following up I was completely ignored and redirected to nowhere. Can't get hold of a physical person to speak to on the phone. I refuse to be stuck into another month contract especially after I have to pay R999 cancelation fee. This company should be ashamed how they treat their customers. someone should get in contact with me as I followed the right procedure and now blatantly ignored when push comes to shove. Not Impressed at this!
