Terrible Service again - Webafrica does not Care

Absolutely terrible service. This is the 3rd time now, the Robot attempts to resolve issues but never successful. The robot then tries to connect you to an agent but you wait in queue for ridiculous times. Last week, I wait for just over an hour, this week I am past 1,5hrs and still in queue. Does Webafrica Management read these complaints and if yes, can they not better manage staffing for all these complaints and support to customers. There are not enough agents for the queries and complaints. This is not rocket science.
