Terrible Service

Terrible Service, I logged over 3 calls and they keep resolving without resolving. The modem they promised doesnt work with the new Telkom uncapped deal and still advertising a modem that they dont have stock. So they give you a ****py modem that does work. Also when I received the modem, it looked like it was a refurbished unit. No one comes back to you after logging, they quick to send you emails about debiting.
