Terrible Service

I have been without internet for the whole weekend,it was said that finance will contact me,that was said on saturday,its now monday,their phone lines arent active and the whatsapp line is ****ing useless,I want a full refund and I'll switch isp's,havent had service this bad,not even from telkom.you have just lost a customer web africa,I will not recommend this isp to anyone.
