Terrible service!!!

Why didn’t I read these reviews before ordering with these guys? Have been waiting for a router for over 2 weeks, the keep trying to Bill for a service I haven’t used. You can’t get a hold of them , useless Watsapp system. I should have gone with Vodacom. Actually they can cancel everything I want nothing to do with them!!!
