Terrible Service

Their communication is terrible. After I app**** for installation, did not receive any acknowledgement of my application after a week of no action I tried to contact them via chat, no one attended to me, until 2 days ago when i was told i should pay R249 first for them to do anything. I payed the amount and still didn't receive any acknowledgement of neither the payment nor the application. I'm just waiting to see if anything happens next week.
