Terrible service

Terrible costumer service , ridiculously poor service, I have been struggling for almost 2 weeks now to reconnect my WIfi, needles to say no one is able to assist me. i have been chatting to Willie the useless bot and service agents everyday for 2 weeks and no one seems to be able to assist.
