Terrible service

My wifi stopped working and I was told on email within 48 hours it will be resolved, it'd been 48 hours and my wifi is still not working and only now they are going to send a technician out, after the 48 hours passes, the agents always tell you the matter has been escalated and that's all they tell you they don't know anything else, the customer service is pathetic with webafrica
