Terrible Service

We moved to a new place and Im trying to setup my new fibre with WebAfrica for the last 2 and half weeks. I do have fibre in my new place but webafrica support is absolute terrible, been holding on for 20min each day then i just give up. The Whatsapp chat is also waist of time...... They are easy to phone you when a sale is needed but support terrible.
