Terrible service

I have had a terrible experience no internet since Saturday morning they sent technicians put they confirmed the router is broken Mekayla at Webafrica refused to log for a replacement I went to buy my own and still can’t assistance I have been chatting to agents for 3 days now and nobody can assist me now they are telling me to wait another 48 hrs while they investigate for what the technicians were already here and checked Mekayla is no assistance whatsoever this service is pathetic and useles I can’t even speak to a manager I have to wait for 48 hours to chat to one per Mekayla get my internet sorted I am a paying client
