Terrible service!!!

-1 star. what a terrible service provider. I ordered a Wifi extender 2/3 weeks back and still no tracking number, no ETA nor feedback. the fact that there's no direct telephone number is very telling, Its to avoid the traffic of complaints to the call centre. Your agents are no trained on escalations (Tamsyn B, Sandile T). Everytime i check for an update they say they are escalating the matter as if i havent checked 3 times previously and issued the same response. I asked for an alternative and was told about a refund that will take 10-15 days yet the transaction was immediate. 0 stars and never trusting the service provide. NONSENSE!!!
