Terrible Service

If I could give them minus stars I would, it is absolutely pathetic on how they run their business. I do not under any circumstances recommend them as a service provider, time and time again they will let you down.

From the time of installation the run around I got at that point to get my service up and running was the worst, but to take your money, that they are too good at that.

Now I am going to be relocating and they are telling me the thousand some odd rands extra that I had to pay for the extra cable needed to connect that fibre, will not be coming with me nor will I be refunded for it, the new house where extra cable will be required I will have to pay again for, absolutely terrible.

Now let me get started on their response time on their whatsapp line, that is another whole story, this last time it took over a day to get a response, to get ahold of anyone is a nightmare even if you try to phone in, and there you have to phone sales and get them to redirect your call.

Its an absolute joke how this company treats their customers.
