Terrible service.

Webafrica or vumatel got very pathetic system of dealing with clients.i have a debit order every month from them but they cut their services due to non payment.when asked them why because I have a debit order they told me they going to reconnet me when they received their money and apologies for inconvenience.agent called Molebogeng is rude while I asked questions she cut me and was again transferred to Mulalo who was also apologetic and asked how he can assist I asked to reconnect me as I have kids studying for final exams.now I get punished for their incompetence.
