Terrible service

What a disappointment, such a lack of customer service- disgusted to say the least. Placed an order for a router 14 days ago [ their guarantee - receive any order within 5 working days]. After several costly calls to no avail - only today (1 Oct 20) do I learn that their system did not even dispatch the order for a router. To make matters worse no one seems to be able to tell me if this order has even been placed or when I will receive the router. Very dismal service- WebAfrica call waiting time is ridiculous 2rs plus then the system disconnects you. It offers call back option - to date no call back has been received. WhatsApp chat - agents diconnect chat before any resolution is even reached. Wish I could just cancel and not have to deal with such poor service.
