Terrible service

You would think a provider is decent until you have an issue! Even worse when payment is up to date and has never been late. Taken through the same trouble shooting steps over 3 times , how does this organization not pick that all trouble shooting steps are still not working! New tickets logged when previous one wasn’t even resolved. I am disgusted and heavily inconvenienced. The only help you get is via WhatsApp not sense of urgency at all! Approaching day 7 with no WiFi that has been paid for already.
