Terrible Service.

The service is unacceptable. I can never reach an agent, and on the rare occasion I do, they are unhelpful and rude. During my last interaction, the agent abruptly ended the chat while I was trying to make a payment. Cancelling the service is even more complicated; it was satisfactory from 2023 to 2024, but in 2025, it has been awful. I’ve emailed to cancel my account. I do not recommend them as an ISP. You cannot call them unless you want to buy a new product or upgrade. Neurotel is far superior.
