Terrible service

Worst ISP I have ever used. For the entire year the connection was extremely spotty, occasionally going down. I am now moving out and the company claims cancellation takes 30 working days? 6 weeks? That I must pay for?

On top of that. EVERY client has to pay a R999 cancellation fee? That is insanity. Stop wasting your money on these needless ****s. What on earth could that cancellation be used for? It takes 5 seconds to close out an account.
