Terrible service!

Ridiculous!!! I am trying to make a payment, incountered a problem while doing so on there online portal. OMG 4 days and 6 whatsapp agents later and I am still trying. Iv phoned the sales number, quick to answer but quick to hung up once they know it's not a sales call. I am not even trying to get anything from them I am trying to GIVE them money. I am trying AGAIN today but have been waiting for useless willie the bot to transfer me to an available agent since 9am. ffs this is insane!
