Terrible Service

Terrible customer support. Hi, ive been struggling to get help since last week.... I keep on getting transferred to a different department and then i it doesn't get through, even calling doesn't get through... I send my router back to the main office in Cpt last Saturday already, but im still getting emails to tell me to send the router... but trying to get hold of them....
