Terrible / poor internet service. Intermittent. Unreliable

Terrible internet service. I signed up and they gave me a good package and and that - i have no complaints about - however the internet service is erratic / intermittent and what makes it worse is that the engineers have not attended to me for months despite having complained numerous times. I work from home and because of this terrible quality of service, I have to buy mobile data in order to sustain my meetings and work without interruptions due to network timeouts and dropped packets.

Engineers choose to blame Vumatel who is the infrastructure provider yet this is not an infrastructure problem and we have proven it to Webafrica that it is just their poor internet service that fails daily.

Now I want to terminate because I am paying for a service I am not really getting and I bet i will be told to pay termination fees and so forth, yet while on connection, i was charged some so-called transfer fees since it has not been a year with this provider. How would this even be fair if I am already paying for a service i am not getting.
