Terrible overall experience. Not activating my account on time due to them not debiting my account.

Worst communication within a company I’ve ever seen. From incorrectly invoicing me and billing me early, to not debiting my account when they should and not activating my services on time. Constant issues with connection and not being able to get in contact with an agent when necessary. Avoid at all cost utter pain to deal with due to the useless service and communication.
